Our install crews will come to your house and install your stone. You will get real-time updates on your crew’s location and information through our system. PinPoint Status is a new powerful tool we have implemented to improve customer communications. It is an automated system that will message you prior to templates or installs with reminders for your scheduled dates as well as crew travel status for your individual job. You will have photos and bio information about the crews and be able to track crew travel in real time. We anticipate this tool will help us greatly improve your experience!
